Rupinder is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), RPN, and BScN providing personalized breastfeeding support and education in the Kitchener-Waterloo, Guelph and surrounding areas.
Since the beginning of her nursing career she has had a passion in caring for mothers and their babies. While working in primary health care she noticed a growing need for breastfeeding education among expecting, new, and experienced mothers. This is where my drive to empower mothers began.
She aspires to help mothers gain the confidence to breastfeed comfortably and enjoyably. When breastfeeding her son, she was able to see first hand how fulfilling, but at times difficult this experience can be. It wasn't until she had connected with a Lactation Consultant that she was truly able to enjoy this experience and feel like a confident mother.
Let's be honest, breastfeeding can be tricky and she is here to give you the support and confidence to OWN it.

Kim is a passionate Registered Dental Hygienist, Orofacial
Myofunctional Therapist, Mentor, Speaker and Educator with two
decades of experience in the oral health field.
She is the owner of Face Forward: Centre for OMT, a private
myofunctional therapy practice in Waterloo, Ontario. She also
provides continuing education in Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy to
Dental professionals through her online training program,
MyoCoaches.
Kim works with a variety of clients of all ages to improve their oral
function as it relates to breathing, speaking, chewing, swallowing and
facial growth and development. She is an advocate for early
identification of oral dysfunction and has a special interest in tethered
oral tissues and their effect on the body throughout the entire lifespan.
Her passion is to help all dental and healthcare professionals work
collaboratively to understand the importance of proper oral function as
it relates to whole body wellness and to increase awareness about the
value of myofunctional therapy.
